  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • For the Raspberry Coulis:
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • For the Polish Poppy Seed Topping:
  • 1/2 cup poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Preparation Process:

    1. Prepare the Pavlova:

  • Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
